Shipping Policy


New Items

All new items are available for shipping within the United States. Additional pricing and fees may apply.

Used Items

Most used items are available for shipping within the United States, with a few exceptions. Additional pricing and fees may apply.

International Shipping

To be eligible for international shipping, items must meet the following criteria:

  1. They must be purchased from our Reverb.com storefront

  2. They must value at $2500 or less. Additional pricing and fees may apply.

 

Items currently NOT available for shipping:

  1. Used amplifiers


Return Policy


New Items

Most new items can be returned within 14 days of purchase or delivery for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. We do not refund the actual realized cost of outbound shipping or return shipping.

A full list of exceptions for refundable items can be found under the “Special Conditions” section below. 

Used Items

We offer a 7 day evaluation period on most non-vintage used items. Most used items can be returned for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. We do not guarantee the continued functioning of or accept returns on used amplifiers. Used amplifiers are throughly tested by us and are sold "as is."

Vintage Items

Vintage instruments and amplifiers have a 48-hour return window from the point of purchase, if purchased in-store, or the point of arrival, if shipped.

Refunds

When a refund is issued, the buyer receives a payout in their original payment method, less any shipping charges.


General Terms

  1. Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition, including all accessories, doumentation, and original packaging. If the item is missing materials or shows signs of use, a restocking fee of 20% or more will be applied.  Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

  2. If your package was originally shipped double-boxed, please return the unit(s) double-boxed. The product should be packed in the original product box with the UPC codes intact.

  3. Please use a shipping method that is trackable, such as FedEx or UPS.

  4. We recommend that you insure your package when shipping back to us when purchasing your own shipping labels. Sometimes things get damaged en route, and if that happens, we want you to be covered.

  5. All purchases involving trade-ins are refunded as store credit only. We do not "reverse" trade-in transactions.


*We do not accept returns on the following items: microphones, headphones, harmonicas, ear plugs, talk boxes, sale or discounted items, used amplifiers or sealed accessories that have been opened.*


Special Conditions

We do not refund the outbound shipping price (this includes actual shipping costs on items marked as *free shipping*). New items returned without all packing materials and included inserts will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
