International Shipping Policy

We do not ship to internationally from our website.  All international customers can purchase items less than $2500 from our Reverb.com store.  Additional pricing and fees may apply.

 

Return Policy

NEW ITEMS

Most** New Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase or delivery for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.  We do not refund the actual realized cost of outbound shipping or return shipping. 

 

USED & VINTAGE ITEMS

We offer a 7 day evaluation period on most** used items.  Most** used items can be returned for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. We do not guarantee the continued functioning of or accept returns on used amplifiers.  Used amplifiers throughly tested by us but are sold "as is."

 

General Terms

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use.  If the item is missing materials or show signs of use, a restocking fee of 20% or more will be applied.  Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

All purchase involving trade-ins are refunded as store credit only.  We do not "reverse" trade-in transactions. 

**We do not accept returns on the following items: microphones, headphones, harmonicas, ear plugs, talk boxes, sale or discounted items, used amplifiers or sealed accessories that have been opened. 

 

Refunds

Buyer receives a refund in their original payment method less any shipping charges.

 

Special Conditions

We do not refund the outbound shipping price (this includes actual shipping costs on items marked as *free shipping*). New items returned with out all packing materials and included inserts will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
