Sire Larry Carlton H7V
Here is Sire’s take on a classic: a dual P90, double cut, semi-hollow. Built to Larry Carlton’s specifications, the Sire H7V is an incredibly versatile guitar – equally at home playing jazz, funk, blues, or fusion. With a C-profile neck, medium jumbo frets, and an Ebony fingerboard this guitar is a joy to play.
Body: Semi-hollow body with flame Maple, top, back, and sides. Maple center block. Cherry sunburst.
Neck: 24.75” scale, C-profile, Mahogany neck, 12” radius, Ebony fingerboard with rolled edges, medium jumbo frets, bone nut,
Pickups/Hardware: Two LC Vintage P90s, chrome hardware, tune-o-matic bridge, 4 knob control layout.
Cosmetics: This guitar is in great shape. It has light surface scratches on the body. The back of the neck is clean, and the frets show minimal wear. The back has light buckle rash. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.
Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been set up low and comfortable. The frets are in great shape with no major grooves or divots from use and it plays beautifully up and down the fretboard with no dead spots or choking out.
