2023 Gibson Les Paul Classic

Summary: This 2023 Gibson Les Paul Classic combines the early 60's style Les Paul model with some functional and time-tested modifications. The LP Classic is crafted with a mahogany back and maple top coupled with a slim taper mahogany neck and bound, rosewood fingerboard. Burstbucker 61R & 61T zebra, open-coil pickups provide classic Gibson tones from the era with a bit of extra punch thanks to the open coils. The control assembly features 4 push-pull pots which provide choices of coil tapping, phase switching and pure bypassing for functional and versatile sonic variety.

Body:  Mahogany with Maple top in a Honeyburst  finish. 

Neck:  Mahogany with a Rosewood fingerboard,  24.75” scale length, 1.69” nut width, 22 frets,  pearl trapezoid inlays.

Pickups/Hardware: Gibson Burstbucker 61R & 61T humbucker pickups, Grover Rotomatic Tuners with Kidney Buttons, ABR-1 bridge, stop bar tailpiece, Graph Tech nut.

Cosmetics: This guitar is in great shape. It has very light surface scratches on the body. The back of the neck is clean, and the frets show minimal wear. The back has very light buckle rash. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable.
