2021 Martin 000-28 Ambertone

This 2021 Martin 000-28 in Ambertone finish was built for fingerpicking and layering, producing a clear, balanced tone that's ideal for live performance and in the studio. Studio guitarists have long used Martin 000 guitars to add depth and dimension to a track, and the 000-28 delivers a remarkably rich, lively tone that sits beautifully in a mix.

Body: Spruce top, East Indian Rosewood back and sides in Ambertone finish.

Neck: Mahogany with a Ebony fingerboard, 24.9” scale length, 1.75” nut width, 20 frets, Abalone Diamond and Square long pattern inlays.

Hardware: Grover open tuning keys, Ebony bridge, bone nut and compensated saddle. 

Cosmetics: This guitar is in good shape. It has light surface scratches on the body. The back of the neck is clean, and the frets show minimal wear. The back has light buckle rash. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds nice.

Repairs: The bridge has been reglued.

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable.
