Summary: This 1971 Hagstrom Concord C-1 Bass is an amazing playing semi-hollow bass, with lovely appointments, such as pearl blocks, multi-ply binding, and gold hardware. With the smooth flatwounds on it, it’s a true breeze to play, with the righteous tone that’ll put a smile on your face. 


Body:  Maple in Cherry Red finish.


Neck:  Maple with a Rosewood fingerboard,  30.5” scale length, 1.5” nut width, 21 frets, pearl block inlays.

 

Pickups/Hardware: Foil pickups, closed back tuning keys, adjustable micromatic bridge, gold harp tailpiece with Hagstrom crest, black witch hat knobs, plastic nut.

 

Cosmetics: This guitar is in great shape. It has light surface scratches on the body, along with some finish cracks and scuffs (pictured). The back of the neck is clean, and the frets show minimal wear. The back has light buckle rash. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.



Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable.
